Advance Payment Policy
DH Deposit
Required to confirm order seriousness and protect shop workflow
An advance payment of 300 DH is required to confirm the seriousness of the order. This measure is necessary due to non-serious or fraudulent orders that can affect our workflow.
For PC builds, once components are unboxed and assembly begins, some products cannot be sold as new if the order is canceled. For this reason, the advance payment helps ensure the order's commitment and allows us to maintain a stock of 100% new parts for our customers.
Delivery and Pickup
Home Delivery
We offer home delivery service after confirming the order and completing the delivery information (name, phone number, address). An advance payment of 300 DH is required to confirm the order.
Pickup from Approved Points
We currently work with approved partners in Casablanca, Rabat, and Oujda. If the product is available in your city, you can pick it up directly. If not, a 300 DH deposit is required for transfer (24-48h).
