We're Gaming Hardware Maroc (GHM) - an online store based here in Morocco, selling gaming hardware and accessories. If you browse our site, sign up, or place an order, these Terms apply to you.

To order from us, you'll need an account first - we don't currently offer guest checkout. Give us accurate info when you sign up, and keep it updated. Your login details are your responsibility, so if anything seems off with your account, email [email protected] right away.

Under Moroccan law, minors need a parent or guardian involved, and that guardian has to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

We try hard to keep our prices, photos, and descriptions accurate. Still, mistakes slip through sometimes - a typo, a sync glitch, whatever. When that happens and a price is genuinely wrong, we'll either cancel the order and refund you in full, or reach out first to see if you still want it at the correct price.

All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams and can shift without warning.

Placing an order means you're offering to buy something, and we get to decide whether to accept it. Sometimes we won't - out of stock, a fraud red flag, a pricing error, things like that.

Payment-wise, we take cash, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

Right now we only ship within Morocco. Depending on where you're based, delivery comes either from our own team or a courier partner we trust. The delivery estimate at checkout is just that - an estimate.

Once it lands at your door, it's yours - so give it a once-over, and if something's damaged or off, tell us within 48 hours.

There's no one-size-fits-all return policy here - we look at each case individually. Email [email protected] with your order number and what's going on, and we'll figure out the right path forward together.

Not every product's warranty works the same way - some are covered by the manufacturer directly, others by us. Check the product page or ask at checkout if you're not sure which applies.

A few ground rules: nothing illegal, no poking around in accounts or site areas you're not supposed to access, no scraping or bots without our okay.

Photos, product descriptions, our logo, the way the site's designed - all of that belongs to us or our partners.

If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at whatever you paid for that specific order. Morocco's laws govern these Terms.
